Combining the Association’s daily operations, the meeting clarified implementation requirements: closely focus on "improving the performance appraisal system and leveraging the appraisal baton", and take accountability, initiative and duty fulfillment as evaluation criteria; draw experience from Zhejiang’s "Ten-Thousand-Village Demonstration and Renovation Project" and the "Eight-Eight Strategy" to optimize routine and categorized appraisal systems; strengthen rigid implementation of appraisal results, reward excellence and penalize underperformance, rectify formalism and bureaucracy, invigorate staff motivation, and drive pragmatic and high-quality development of the Association’s work.

Supervisors of the Board of Supervisors attended the entire meeting as non-voting observers. They affirmed the organization of the meeting, noting that the procedures were rigorous and standardized, departmental summaries pragmatic, work arrangements practical, agenda items comprehensive, and decisions scientific and compliant. The Board of Supervisors put forward work requirements, urging all staff to further fulfill job responsibilities, strictly uphold the bottom line of compliant operation, comprehensively advance key tasks including Party organization development, academic brand building and internal standardized management, continuously consolidate the foundation for development, and promote steady, orderly and upgraded progress of all the Association’s undertakings.

Subsequently, leading officials of the Secretariat delivered targeted reviews on the May work performance of each department, acknowledging achievements while identifying weak links. Aligned with the Association’s annual development plan, they made comprehensive arrangements and clear requirements for key work in the next stage.

First, focus on annual targets and deepen core businesses to boost quality and efficiency. Centering on the core annual development tasks of the Association, continuously refine and consolidate fundamental priorities including member services, project operation and fund settlement. Further develop academic exchanges as the core business, reinforce the Association’s brand advantages, strive to cultivate exclusive proprietary academic brand IPs, and actively explore an integrated development model of "conferences + exhibitions". Advance the transformation of scientific research outcomes, deepen external exchanges and strategic cooperation, fully expand development channels, activate internal driving forces, and foster high-quality and sustainable growth of the Association.

Second, strictly observe compliance boundaries and advance internal governance development. Unswervingly adhere to compliant operation, fully implement special control requirements for compliance and finance, standardize full-process work covering document management, contract review and approval procedures, and continuously improve the internal control system. Deploy administrative and logistics staff to frontline business roles, optimize management rules, streamline workflows and refine management efficiency based on real work scenarios. Earnestly implement Party building leadership, team development and daily oversight, fully consolidate the foundation of internal operation and management, and guarantee standardized, efficient and orderly delivery of all the Association’s work.

Third, steadily advance office relocation to ensure seamless work transition. In strict accordance with scheduled timelines and standardized relocation procedures, coordinate all work related to office venue relocation. Solidly complete supporting tasks including equipment moving, network debugging, Party organization affiliation transfer and logistics support, and fully remove obstacles to the relocation project. Plan and build brand-new office premises with high standards to create a modern working environment that is eco-friendly, fully functional, convenient and efficient. Scientifically balance relocation tasks and routine business to ensure equal focus on both relocation and daily work, realizing smooth transition, seamless handover and uninterrupted normal operations.
