On the morning of August 11, 2026, the Secretariat of Chengdu Gaoxin Medical Association convened the 10th Party‑Government Joint Meeting of 2026. The meeting was presided over by the Secretary of the Association’s Party Branch. The Deputy Supervisor‑General of the Association’s Board of Supervisors attended the meeting online. Participants collectively reviewed and deliberated on the work summaries for July 2026 and work plans for August 2026 submitted by each department. Ten agenda items were examined, and phased key tasks were coordinated and deployed.

At the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Association’s Party Branch led the study on the spirit of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee meeting held on July 30, 2026. The meeting required all staff to raise their political stance, thoroughly study and fully comprehend the meeting spirit, closely align with the functional positioning of the Association, foster a correct view of performance, translate theoretical learning into practical work, and contribute to high‑quality development of regional medical and health services.
During the meeting, leading members of the Secretariat delivered targeted comments on the work performance of each department in July. They affirmed work achievements, pointed out weaknesses, and made comprehensive arrangements and put forward clear requirements for key tasks in the next phase.
First, strengthen work‑style development and eliminate subjective slackness. Efforts shall be made to improve the department‑level policy document library, systematically collect industry‑related policy documents and keep them dynamically updated. On this basis, regular policy research and study activities shall be carried out. Cadres will be organized to conduct front‑line investigations in an orderly manner, and cross‑departmental hands‑on rotation training will be implemented to effectively overcome empiricism. Standardized management of AI tools shall be enhanced to improve office efficiency.
Second, enforce organizational discipline and foster a collaborative working environment. We shall uphold the principle of democratic centralism, encourage open‑minded business discussions, and build a sound and upright atmosphere for deliberation. The cross‑departmental job rotation mechanism will be continuously optimized to boost positive interaction and capacity integration among staff. All personnel shall be guided to develop a holistic vision, consciously follow organizational arrangements, and build coordinated work synergy across all levels and departments.
Third, enforce implementation with tangible results and deliver outcomes through closed‑loop management. Rigorous enforcement of institutional rules shall be strengthened, and accountability chains at all levels shall be consolidated to ensure full implementation of all management requirements. A whole‑process closed‑loop management mechanism shall be established, with emphasis on performance‑oriented delivery, so as to deepen the integration between job performance and performance evaluation. We will consolidate the foundation of basic administration, improve risk prediction, early‑warning and prevention‑control systems, and comprehensively elevate the standardization of governance.
Fourth, improve long‑term mechanisms and consolidate rectification outcomes. We will continue to promote long‑term governance of work‑style improvement, consolidate ideological commitment on a regular basis to build consensus for development, carry out comprehensive self‑inspection and self‑rectification of problems, and conduct classified handling in accordance with regulations. We will carry forward the spirit of pragmatic dedication to advance annual key tasks, refine regular management systems, coordinate industry‑specific rectification campaigns, improve closed‑loop rectification mechanisms, and effectively consolidate rectification achievements.
