On the afternoon of September 15, 2026, the Secretariat of the Chengdu High- Medical Association organized and convened the 11th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2026. The meeting was presided over by the Secretary of the Association' Party Branch, and the Vice Chairman of the Association's Board of Supervisors attended to provide guidance. The meeting focused on listening to and reviewing the work summaries for 2026 and work plans for September of various departments, deliberating on nineteen agenda items, and coordinating the deployment of key phased tasks.

At the meeting, leaders of the Secretariat provided precise comments on the completion of work for each department in August, affirmed the work effectiveness, pointed out weak links, and made comprehensive deployments and requirements for the key tasks in the next phase. First, it is necessary to firmly establish a work orientation that prioritizes service, regularly pay attention to the status of member units, deeply investigate the actual operating conditions and realistic demands of members, precisely connect with the needs of members, carry out support and guidance work solidly and, continuously improve the quality and efficiency of member services, and continuously enhance the sense of identity, gain, and belonging of members through pragmatic measures, widely gathering the for member development. Second, all departments must accurately grasp the situation of the standardization rectification work of industry associations, actively benchmark against the laws and regulations of various social at all levels, and transform external regulatory requirements into internal development opportunities; solidly promote the internal standardized governance of the Association, and strive to build a high-quality platform for the integration of medicine and industry. Third, all departments must firmly grasp the critical window period for the conclusion of the third quarter, effectively tighten and solidify main responsibilities, strengthen overall coordination and scheduling, closely monitor key annual goals and tasks, concentrate efforts to make up for shortcomings, strengthen weak areas, and tackle problems, refine work measures, solidify the work chain, promote the implementation of various tasks in a closed loop, and fully ensure that the established annual work tasks are implemented time with high quality and effectiveness.
