In order to improve the professional technical level and service ability of nursing staff in primary medical institutions, standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior of primary nursing staff, and better meet the needs of basic medical services, the Medical Association of Chengdu High-tech Zone held a district-level continuing medical education Project "Patient Safety Culture and Nursing Management". The training included more than 90 nursing staff from all primary medical institutions in the high-tech zone.

The training session will be taught by Liu Surong, the director of the nursing department of Chengdu First People's Hospital. Director Liu gave an explanation on patient safety management and how to do a good job in patient care management. Contacting national policies and combining theory with practice has enabled everyone to have a newer and more comprehensive understanding of nursing management, and has played a good guiding role in the nursing work of our primary medical institutions.

This training has further improved the level of safety care for primary care workers in the high-tech zone.
