Chengdu High-tech Zone successfully held the "first phase of clinical standardized diagnosis and treatment training course for diabetes"

    On November 27, 2019, the "Phase 1 Diabetes Clinical Standardization Diagnosis and Treatment Training Course" of the Chengdu High-tech Zone, hosted by the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association and undertaken by the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association Community Health Professional Committee, was successfully held at the New Oriental Millennium Hotel Chengdu. A total of 60 medical personnel from hospitals, community health centers and township health centers in the district participated in the meeting.

   
    The meeting was chaired by Cheng Min, vice president of the Medical Association of Chengdu High-tech Zone, Secretary General of the Medical Association Zeng Bin, and Chairman of the Community Professional Committee Luo Honglin attended and addressed the conference.

    Secretary-General Zeng Bin awarded Professor Tong Nanwei, a famous expert in endocrine and metabolic diseases in West China Hospital of Sichuan University, the certificate of "Chief Training Expert of Secretory and Metabolic Diseases in Chengdu High-tech Zone".

      Teacher Li Huanhuan of Zhonghe Community Health Service Center in Chengdu High-tech Zone and Teacher Li Liya of Guixi Community Health Service Center respectively shared medical records of endocrine and metabolic diseases. Professor Tong Nanwei made a comprehensive and multi-angle analysis and comment on the medical records of the two teachers, launched standardized training based on the medical records, and raised questions on the spot to discuss with the students. The students also raised their own doubts about the problems encountered in their daily work. Professor Tong Nanwei answered them one by one, and the students all expressed a lot of benefits.

 The holding of this meeting will promote the awareness of diabetes prevention and control and the overall level of diagnosis and treatment of primary medical institutions in Chengdu High-tech Zone, and is of great significance to standardize the process of diabetes diagnosis and treatment and management in primary medical institutions.

    After the meeting, Secretary-General Zeng Bin of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association emphasized that first, the Medical Association should become a bridge between experts and primary medical institutions. The second is that the Medical Association should serve the primary medical staff enthusiastically. The third is to promote the diagnosis and treatment of primary medical institutions with the services and work of the Medical Association.
