Chengdu High-tech Zone Community Chronic Respiratory Disease Prevention Alliance kick-off meeting and the first phase of Chronic Respiratory Disease Standardization Diagnosis and Treatment Training Course was successfully held

    On September 5, 2019, it was jointly sponsored by Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Beijing IOT Community Health Service Promotion Center, and Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association, and the first phase of the Community Chronic Respiratory Disease Prevention Alliance Launched by Chengdu High-tech Medical Association Community Professional Committee was launched The training course for standardized diagnosis and treatment of chronic respiratory disease was grandly held in Chengdu. A total of 150 grassroots medical and health care personnel representatives from community health service centers and central health centers in the district participated in the meeting.

    The meeting was chaired by Cheng Min, vice president of the High-tech Zone Medical Association. Deputy Director Zhang Jing of the Community Development Governance and Social Undertakings Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, and Tian Jun, Director of the Health Department of the Community Development Governance and Social Undertakings Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone were invited to the meeting and delivered enthusiastic speeches. Director Lin Min of the Community Medical Office of the Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Director Yang Yang of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Secretary-General Zeng Bin of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association, Director of the Community Health Service Center, and Dean of the Hospital attended the meeting.

    After preliminary investigations and applications from various units, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Nanxin Community Health Service Center, Chengdu High-tech Zone Zhonghe Community Health Service Center, Chengdu High-tech Zone Cooperative Community Health Service Center, Chengdu High-tech Zone Yongan Community Health Service Center, Chengdu High-tech Zone District Sancha Central Health Center and Chengdu High-tech Zone Shibanzhen Town Central Health Center were awarded the first "Community Chronic Respiratory Disease Prevention Alliance Base". Deputy Director Zhang Jing of the Community Development Governance and Social Undertakings Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, Director Tian Jun of the Health Department and Director Lin Min of the Community Medical Office of the Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital awarded the licenses to the six units.

    After the launching ceremony, "the first phase of special training for standardized diagnosis and treatment of chronic chronic diseases" was conducted. Mr. Yan Haiying, Sichuan Provincial People ’s Hospital, on "How to treat COPD at the grassroots chronic disease management", Mr. Lang Qin on "COPD stable treatment", Mr. Jiang Caiyu on "Application of lung function tests in the management of chronic disease" Multi-angle analysis and explanation. Ms. Luo Yaling from Nanxin Community Health Service Center, Ms. Yan Huiping from Zhonghe Community Health Service Center, and Ms. Chen Juan from the Cooperative Community Health Service Center shared their experiences in the treatment and later management of COPD patients in primary medical institutions.

     The successful convening of this meeting has established the experience and technical exchange platform between the experts of the top three hospitals and the grassroots doctors. It will greatly improve the level of diagnosis and treatment and clinical practice of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease among the grassroots doctors in the high-tech zone. The diagnosis and treatment in the grass-roots, acute and slow division, two-way referral and upper and lower linkage measures, and gradually form a "community chronic respiratory disease prevention and control system construction" Chengdu high-tech model has taken a new road and carried out beneficial exploration.
