On June 14, 2018, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Grassroots Governance and Social Services Bureau "High-tech Zone Second-level Biosafety Laboratory Staff Training Meeting" was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Medical Association. As the main teacher, Comrade Huang Wei from the Chengdu CDC conducted training for more than 120 laboratory staff in more than 30 institutions in the high-tech zone. The training content includes laws, regulations and standards related to laboratory biosafety, microbiological laboratory risk assessment, laboratory design and facilities, and laboratory safety management responsibilities.

     Through training and learning, an on-site examination was conducted. The qualified personnel of the assessment will be issued a certificate of qualification for the level two biosafety laboratory training by the Basic Administration and Social Undertaking Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone.
