2020 Hypertension Diagnosis and Treatment Series Online Exchange Meeting

In order to improve the identification of patients with abnormal CKD blood pressure rhythm by primary nephrologists, precise adjustment of drugs to reduce the occurrence of various renal and cardiovascular events. A series of exchange meetings on the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and kidney disease hosted by the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association were launched online on May 27 and 28, 2020. This series of meetings were invited to Professor Xia Niya, Professor Wang Si, and Chen Qingyong of West China Hospital, Sichuan University Professors, Professor Yu Shaobin, and Wang Yali, Wangjiang Road Community Health Service Center visited the online live broadcast room, attracting more than 300 related medical personnel.

During the meeting, Professor Wang Si and Professor Chen Qingyong respectively gave wonderful lectures about the enlightenment of ISH guide to China. Professor Wang Si analyzed from four aspects, and proposed to meet the needs of hypertension diagnosis and treatment in different regions, simplify the classification, stratification and treatment of hypertension; Professor Xia Niya revolves around the effective double drop cornerstone status, single drug does not The optimal antihypertensive program for patients meeting the standards was analyzed and summarized; Professor Yu Shaobin and Professor Wang Yali shared their respective cases. Through enhanced hypotension, SPC compound preparations, and combined treatment, the blood pressure and protein of CKD patients with hypertension were both met. .

This series of meetings also discussed the problem of hypersensitivity in patients with salt sensitivity. After the lecture, the participants also connected experts on site to actively ask questions and discuss enthusiastically. The launch of this meeting will help improve the diagnosis and treatment of hypertension by primary-level doctors. Participants hope to have the opportunity to participate in more similar training.
