In order to further train talents to develop in an all-round way, strengthen the capacity building of the video production team and master the skills of new media technology, the high-tech Medical Association organized two training sessions on the application of video software. The training involved Adobe Premiere Introduction, Pr Production, photoshop basic retouching, cutout, clipping, adjustment screen and so on. The staff of the society took advantage of the lunch break to conduct the first training on May 15 under the Organization of Comrade Xin Juan of the Academic Conference Department. The training will be conducted by Zhao Zhipeng, member and Organization Management Department as a trainer, using case-based operation, theoretical explanation as a supplement to help colleagues quickly familiar with the application of software. During the training process, the staff involved in the training carefully record, active discussion, timely issue and solve the problem. On May 20, in response to the video produced by everyone after the First Training Meeting, Comrades Xinjuan and Zhao Zhipeng organized the second training meeting. This training mainly focused on reviewing the video produced by everyone, to video film as an example to give you a more in-depth video production methods.

      Through two training sessions with the actual operation, effectively solved the institute staff video software zero basic problems. To provide learning staff with the opportunity to learn new skills and to fully appreciate the importance of video production as a fundamental and important work to be integrated into the work in 2020.
