——Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center organizes experts to conduct special rectification and inspection of outstanding problems in the district's health industry

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the spirit of systematic management of outstanding problems in key industry areas of the provincial and municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, and strive to solve prominent problems in the health industry such as "big prescriptions and pan-consumables", the high-tech zone Commissioned by the Education, Culture, and Health Bureau, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center organized discipline inspections, equipment procurement, pharmaceutical experts and health supervision and law enforcement personnel to inspect the first batch of 6 medical institutions in the high-tech zone on September 23 .

The content of this inspection focuses on the hot spots, difficulties, focal points, and blocking issues that the people have strongly reflected, focusing on "big prescriptions and pan-consumables", and categorizing and determining the focus of rectification according to different types of medical institutions. Highlight key units and departments, and keep an eye on key groups and key positions. Focus on rectifying behaviors such as misuse, fraudulent use, false recording, wrong recording and other unreasonable use of consumables, and excessive use and unindicated use of drugs. Multi-departmental joint, in-depth investigation, severely cracked down on outstanding issues such as gold sales, illegal bidding, fraudulent insurance, etc. Six experts from Chengdu First People’s Hospital Wu Yan, Chen Yu and Dai Dan, Chengdu Second People’s Hospital Xu Lu, Sichuan University West China Hospital Lu Jing, and Chengdu Eighth People’s Hospital Long Zhi were invited to form an expert group. Relevant leaders of the District Education, Culture and Health Bureau participated in the supervision work throughout.

During the inspection process, experts selected high-value medical consumables and key monitored drugs in a targeted manner through on-site inspection of information, random inspections of prescription medical records, consumables traceability, personnel interviews, etc., to conduct strict inspections, and organize the outstanding issues found into an opinion form. As a reference for later health supervision and law enforcement.

By carrying out the systematic rectification of outstanding problems in the health industry, the medical service behavior has been further standardized, and the health industry has further changed the political trend, and the people are treated for medical treatment, which reduces the burden and improves the quality of medical treatment.
