In order to strengthen the awareness of the importance of national health statistics in the medical and health institutions of the high-tech zone, strengthen the standardized management of statistics, and improve the quality of health statistics. Entrusted by the Education, Culture, and Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Management Service Center held the “2020 Chengdu High-tech Zone Health Statistics Standardized Management Training in the Academic Report Hall of Chengdu Zhongshan High-tech Orthopedic Hospital on November 10, 2020 class".

Statistics personnel and relevant responsible persons from more than 100 institutions including hospitals, community health service centers, outpatient departments, and third-party inspection agencies in the high-tech zone participated in this training.

At the opening ceremony of the training, Ai He, Deputy Secretary-General of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, gave a speech. He emphasized that the reporting of health statistics is of great responsibility. It is necessary to complete the work accurately, timely, complete and error-free, and continue to learn to improve the quality of data reporting.

For this training, Jia Shuguang, director of the statistics office of Chengdu Medical Information Institute, Yu Fangxue, deputy director, Zhang Xiaoying, statistician, and Liu Lilin, a statistician from Chengdu Second People’s Hospital, were invited to explain the "health statistics management requirements" "Problems", "Direct Reporting System Operation", "Medical Record Homepage Data Quality and Statistical Information Application", "Hospital Statistics Process and Statistics Ledger" and other topics closely related to the work of direct health network reporting.

In order to make the training more effective, after the training, the trainees were assessed on the work knowledge of health statistics.

Through this training on standardized management of health statistics, the trainees are fully aware of the importance of reporting health statistics and hope to improve the reporting quality of the health statistics system in Chengdu High-tech Zone.
