On December 14th, 2019, the annual working meeting of the Special Committee on Cardiac Function of Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association was successfully held in the conference room of Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Association, and 22 standing members of the special committee attended this meeting.
The meeting was presided over by Tang Xiurong, the committee member and secretary. Minister Hou officially announced the opening of the meeting after making a roll call on the attendees.
Qin Dimao, chairman of the Committee, made a report on the work summary of the Special Committee in 2019 and the work plan in 2020. He mentioned that in the past year, from the establishment of the special Committee to the successful holding of the first committee, the Standing Committee and various academic conferences, these are inseparable from the cordial care of the medical association leaders and the strong support of every standing member. In the future development, we should continue to strengthen the exchange and cooperation at home and abroad, introduce more advanced ideas and experience, strengthen the connection between the special committee and scientific research institutions, and under the leadership of the medical association, stick to the original intention, keep the mission in mind, strengthen the grassroots, promote development, and make the special committee of heart function to a higher level.
Minister Hou Jun said that the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) clarified the path of building a healthy China. In this context, it is very important to further strengthen cooperation between Sichuan and Chongqing. It is necessary to jointly establish the Southwest Heart Function Alliance, the basic research support plan for heart function medicine and international scientific and technological cooperation, explore and carry out practical cooperation in basic research projects and innovation platform construction, and comprehensively promote the research level of heart function medicine in Sichuan and Chongqing to a higher level. It is hoped to build more and better communication channels and cooperation platforms for sichuan and Chongqing cardiac functional physicians through a series of activities such as the Forum on cardiac Functional Medicine in southwest China.
Subsequently, members of the Standing Committee put forward valuable comments and suggestions on the 2019 work report, the 2020 annual academic Conference plan, the scientific research work plan, the continuing education project work plan, and the grassroots and poverty alleviation work. At the same time in order to strengthen the leadership of the party to academic organizations, according to the requirements of the medical branch of the Party set up a special committee of the party working group.
Secretary He Yuliang expressed his strong support for the establishment of the party's working group, saying that the committee's development should always be focused on high-tech and oriented toward Sichuan. He hoped that the committee could reach a new level in promoting the grass-roots health system construction, academic prosperity, and scientific research and innovation in Chengdu High-tech Zone.
At last, Lin Jiadi, honorary chairman of the committee, summarized the meeting. He proposed that the special committee on heart function is developing in an orderly way, and the active development of academic activities and scientific research activities is also conducive to the professional promotion of primary medical staff.
The work meeting was held to introduce the future work content and target direction of the special committee to the members in detail. Under the leadership of the medical Association and the special committee, all the members of the special committee on heart function will continuously improve their professional quality and academic level, and contribute their own strength to the development of the specialty on heart function.
