2018 Medical Record Management Training Conference

       
      On the afternoon of September 20, 2018, under the supervision of the Chengdu High-tech Zone Medical Quality Control Committee, the Medical Association Quality Control Service Center organized a medical record management training session in order to improve the medical quality management of the high-tech zone.

       According to the instructions of the Quality Control Committee of the Social Affairs Bureau, the Quality Control Service Center organized and held a training meeting on medical record management supervision in the medical institutions in the district. This training was held in the large conference room on the second floor of the Medical Association of the High-tech Zone. Teacher Li Sha, a medical record quality control expert of Chengdu Third People's Hospital, and Zhou Lei, a medical record homepage supervision expert, were invited. At the training meeting, two experts on the standardization of medical records writing, strengthen the quality control and final quality control of medical records writing links, strengthen the management of medical records of outpatient (emergency) and inpatient medical records in medical institutions, correctly understand the ICD-10 code, and strengthen the construction of coders And the ability to enhance and how to strengthen the unit's medical records management, supervision and evaluation and other content provided training guidance to the participants.

      Through this training, the person in charge of each unit further strengthened the understanding of the standardization of medical record writing and ICD-10 coding. After the training, all units expressed the need for internal organization training to implement the training content and strengthen the medical records management of the unit.
