On the morning of December 9, 2024, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the 13th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2024, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association. At the meeting, the party branch secretary conveyed and studied the "Notice of the Organization Department of the Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Carrying out Learning Activities from Comrade Liu Mouchang". Learn from his diligent and practical work style, fully implement the arrangements and deployments of superiors, and resolutely shoulder the responsibilities and work that should be done. The meeting called on all cadres and staff to take Comrade Liu Mouchang as an example, fulfill their duties and strive for excellence based on their positions, focus on government commissioned affairs, conference services, high-quality academic conferences, horizontal scientific research projects, science popularization and health education, and other key target tasks. They should work hard, solve problems, and promote the cause of the society to a new level with more enthusiasm, more solid work, and more pragmatic style. The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for November 2024, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for December. The meeting reviewed and approved the 2025 financial budget, personnel, administrative work and other related issues. The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps: firstly, to further strengthen the standardized management of human resources. Improve the background check mechanism for hiring employees, strictly review and include employee background check materials in employee file management; Employee files are organized by dedicated personnel to ensure complete materials and sent to professional institutions for preservation. Through standardized management of human resources, we aim to create a positive and upward working atmosphere, and build a highly disciplined and high-quality workforce to safeguard the steady development of our learning. The second is to establish a high-quality evaluation and assessment system to motivate cadres and talents to take on responsibilities. We need to combine the new situation and requirements, based on the principles of classified assessment, goal management, and the combination of examination and application, take multiple measures to improve the assessment and evaluation system for cadres and talents, form a multi-dimensional assessment and evaluation mechanism, and play an important reference for further doing a good job in "knowing people and making good use of them". Thirdly, we need to carry out workplace etiquette training activities to comprehensively enhance our external image.
