Moving forward with solid work; achieving dreams through striving - The Secretariat of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held the first work mobilization meeting of the Year 2025.

On the morning of February 7, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the first work mobilization meeting for the Spring Festival of 2025. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

At the meeting, the party branch secretary conveyed the spirit of the 2025 provincial health and hygiene system's post Spring Festival holiday gathering.

The meeting emphasized the importance of using dry words as the starting point and solid words as the foundation. All staff members of the Secretariat should shift their mindset from a relaxed holiday state to a tense and orderly work rhythm, achieving the goal of 'people on duty, heart in place'; We will spare no effort to promote various business work with the state of "sprint from the beginning and decisive battle from the beginning".

The meeting listened to and reviewed the current work reports of various departments of the society's secretariat, the progress of key projects, and recent work plans.

Vice President and Deputy Secretary General Ai He conducted a work analysis for 2024 and mobilized work for 2025, and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:

One is to use performance management as a "booster" to promote high-quality development. To establish a sound results oriented evaluation system, closely link performance with achievements, motivate all members to continuously improve work efficiency and quality, pursue excellence, and effectively promote the overall high-quality development of the society.

The second is to strengthen archive management and improve management quality and efficiency. Regarding the issues identified during cross departmental inspections and overall assessments prior to the New Year, reference should be made to the "Detailed Rules for Archives Management". The relevant responsible persons for centralized and coordinated management should review and sign off, and the Party and Government Office should comprehensively revise the overall review process.

Thirdly, we will spare no effort to carry out the relevant work of convening the member representative assembly and the council. Learn that relevant departments should clarify responsibilities, refine division of labor, pay attention to details, and improve service quality; We need to strengthen overall coordination and linkage, form a working force, balance internal and external factors, complement each other's positions, efficiently and orderly promote various tasks, and ensure the smooth convening of important meetings.

Finally, Executive Vice President and Secretary General Zeng Bin summarized the meeting and made work arrangements.   Closely focusing on the "1456" work ideas of the district health bureau, adhering to the work philosophy of "strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation", practicing the work policy of "based on high-tech, serving Sichuan and Chongqing, radiating to the whole country, and looking to the international", and vigorously implementing work, all work has achieved results, demonstrating the unity, cooperation, and social responsibility of the society, and has won widespread praise from the government and society. We have taken another step towards achieving the goal set by the second council of building the society into an influential academic organization for medical technology services in China by the end of the 14th Five Year Plan period.

The meeting emphasized that in the core task of "strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation", although the work of "strengthening grassroots" has achieved certain results, there is still room for improvement in achieving balanced development. In terms of promoting transformation, there is an urgent need to strengthen talent reserves, improve service models, and innovate management systems. We must always adhere to the work policy of "strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation", and integrate it throughout the entire process of learning to work. We strive to contribute to the high-quality coordinated development of the healthcare industry and the pharmaceutical industry, while also laying a solid foundation for the high-quality coordinated development of personal and academic careers of all colleagues.

In 2025, it is the historical intersection period between the end of the 14th Five Year Plan and the beginning of the 15th Five Year Plan, and also the year of the end of the second council. Standing at the critical sprint stage of high-quality development, we shoulder the important mission of carrying forward the past and opening up the future, and will strive to write a new chapter of development in the new era with a more vigorous attitude and pragmatic style. In 2025, the society will focus on the following key directions:

One is to establish a medium - and long-term development plan. Clarify the development direction and goals of the society in the next 5-10 years, develop a phased implementation plan, determine development priorities and strategic measures, and ensure that the society maintains strategic determination throughout its future development. The second is to improve the talent development system. To explore the establishment of an internal entrepreneurship system, strengthen talent cultivation and introduction work, and provide solid talent support for the development of the society. The third is to explore innovative cooperation models. Learn to actively broaden cooperation channels, innovate cooperation models, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results through joint scientific research projects, technology transfer, talent exchange and other activities, jointly promoting the development of the industry. The fourth is to strengthen the construction of academic organizations. Gather more authoritative experts in the industry, enhance the influence and discourse power of the society in the academic field, and provide members with more opportunities for academic exchange and cooperation. The fifth is to optimize brand academic activities and specialized training. Carefully plan and organize brand academic activities and specialized training based on the hot and difficult issues in industry development, to enhance the professionalism, pertinence, and effectiveness of the activities and training.

At the end of the meeting, Secretary General Zeng Bin issued a call to learn that high-quality development requires a sense of urgency of "not being able to wait", a sense of crisis of "not being slow", and a sense of responsibility of "not being able to sit still", and to strive to write a new chapter of performance for the loyalty of health and hygiene personnel to the Party and serving the people in the new era.
