Director Tian Jun of the Health Bureau of Chengdu High tech Zone led a team to investigate the Chengdu High tech Medical Association

On February 26, 2025, Tian Jun, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Health Bureau of Chengdu High tech Zone,

 led a team to investigate the Chengdu High tech Medical Association. Wu Bosheng, Deputy Director of the Health Department, 

accompanied the investigation. Secretary General Zeng Bin, Deputy Secretary General Ai He, Director Feng Huaizhi, Deputy Secretary Zhang Qili of the Medical Association,

 as well as officials from various departments of the Secretariat, participated in the investigation.

During the research symposium, Secretary General Zeng Bin first reported on the work of the society. He stated that in 2024, 

under the strong leadership of the district health bureau, the society will highlight "party building leading and party building strengthening",

 focus on "strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation", highlight "efficiency improvement, characteristic development",

 and consolidate "capacity building, overall development". All work has been rapidly developed, and the "two satisfactions, one development, 

and one confidence" goals of "satisfaction of member units, satisfaction of experts and professors, sustainable development of the society,

 and confidence of competent departments" have been initially achieved.


In 2025, the society will continue to make efforts in six aspects: first, comprehensively strengthen the leadership of the Party and consolidate the grassroots foundation;

 Secondly, we will continue to implement the deployment of the health party group and give full play to the role of staff assistants; Thirdly, 

we will continue to promote mode innovation and facilitate the high-quality development of the society; Fourthly, 

we will deepen the exploration of organizational reform and promote the improvement of the operational efficiency of the society; 

The fifth is to continuously innovate talent cultivation and promote team building; The sixth is to improve the construction of the information system of the society, 

enhance management level and service efficiency.


At the meeting, the newly established department system reported its work ideas and development plans.


Finally, Director Tian Jun put forward four requirements for the development and specific work of the society:


One is to strengthen the guidance of Party building and promote the healthy development of the society. 

To fully leverage the political core role of party organizations, unite the "two new" organizations,

 and further enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the society through party building guidance, 

providing strong political and organizational guarantees for the high-quality development of the society.


The second is to leverage professional capabilities and empower industrial development. Learn to carry forward professional guidance and academic support,

 focus on cultivating and developing new quality productive forces, empower the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, coordinate and integrate innovative resources, 

accelerate the construction of a strong chain in the medical and health industry, 

promote the high-quality coordinated development of the health industry and the pharmaceutical industry,

 build a platform for industry university research cooperation in the field of medical and health, 

assist in the implementation and transformation of medical industry integration achievements, and inject new momentum into the development of the health industry.


Thirdly, we need to strengthen team building and do a good job as government staff assistants. To build a high-quality and professional team,

 and implement the "strong grassroots" work concept of learning to serve members, serving the industry, and serving the government.

 Closely focusing on the decision-making and deployment of the Health Bureau, completing government commissioned work with high quality,

 actively fulfilling social responsibilities, fully leveraging the role of the association as a staff assistant, 

and contributing greater strength to the development of regional health undertakings.


Fourthly, we must firmly adhere to the bottom line and continue to promote the construction of clean intermediaries.

 Learn to strictly follow the provisions of the Articles of Association and rigorously monitor the "three major and one major" matters to ensure that the

 decision-making process is standardized and transparent. At the same time, we must attach great importance to fire safety, production safety, online public opinion, 

and stability maintenance work, improve emergency plans, regularly conduct hidden danger inspections, and ensure the safe and orderly operation of the society.
