On March 24, 2025, the Party Branch of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held the special organizational life meeting and the democratic appraisal of Party members for the year 2024, which was presided over by Party Branch Secretary Zeng Bin.
At the meeting, Party Branch Secretary Zeng Bin led the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on Party building, his important thoughts on the Party's self-revolution, and his important statements on comprehensively strengthening the construction of Party discipline, as well as a series of new thoughts, viewpoints, and conclusions on deepening reform in an all-round way and other important documents. He emphasized that all Party members should deeply study and understand the Party's political theory, improve their Party spirit, strengthen self-discipline, and guide practice with solid theoretical knowledge to ensure that all work is implemented effectively.
At the meeting, the Party branch secretary reported to all Party members on the work of the Party branch in 2024. In 2024, the Party branch thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, strictly managed the "three sessions and one lesson", strengthened the organizational system, used the Party's construction public account "Yilu Original Aspiration Station", strengthened the position construction, carried out the Party discipline learning and education activities solidly, deepened the construction of a clean and honest Party conduct, and built a solid defense line of clean and self-discipline. At the same time, it performed the functions of industry associations, strengthened the cooperation and construction of Party branches with higher Party committees and Party branches within the industry, played the role of the association as a bridge and link, built an industry exchange platform, and actively helped to achieve high-quality development of Party building.
Li Zhiyuan, the organization committee of the Party branch, on behalf of the Party branch committee, analyzed the problems existing in the branch, dug deep into the root causes of the problems, put forward rectification measures, clarified the completion time limit, and required all Party members to strictly compare the problems, combine personal actual situations, and fully cooperate with the branch to rectify. At the same time, Party members look for problems, carry out criticism and self-criticism. Subsequently, all the Party members present conducted a democratic appraisal by secret ballot.
Finally, at the end of the meeting, Comrade Zeng Bin, the Party Branch Secretary, put forward three work requirements:
Focus on political leadership, deepen the standardization construction of Party building. Strictly implement the system of "three meetings and one lesson", organizational life meetings and other party political life systems, focus on the problem of insufficient depth of criticism and self-criticism in special democratic life meetings, establish an account of rectification and implement the management of cancellation. Continuously promote the construction of the Party building position of "Medical First Heart Station", and create a brand of Party building learning in the health industry. In combination with the requirements of the normalization of Party discipline education, through the organization of "reading classes", Party members to the red base and other forms of immersive learning, effectively build a thought defense line.
Second, strengthen integrated innovation and promote the resonance of Party building and business operations. Implement the dual-wheel drive project of "Party building business", establish a functional organization inspection and evaluation system for academic branches, and incorporate the effectiveness of Party building work into the key work assessment indicators of the society. Strengthen the management of mobile Party members, and explore the "cloud branch" education and management mode by using the enterprise WeChat platform. Deepen the Party building and business construction with Xinbei community and biopharmaceutical enterprises, actively carry out special activities such as "Health service into the community", innovate the "Party building public welfare" service mode, and give full play to the exemplary role of Party members in the fields of pairing assistance and health science education.
Third, we will consolidate the chain of responsibilities and build a new pattern for comprehensively and strictly governing the Party. We will strictly implement the Catalogue of Integrity Risk Prevention and Control, establish a list of responsibilities for heads of departments to take on a dual role, and carry out dynamic investigation of integrity risks. We will strictly implement the "three-fold and one-big" system, focusing on strengthening supervision over key links such as the Society's major projects and the use of funds. We will increase the supervision and management of Party members and cadres, set an example from top to bottom, and forge a hard-working team of cadres.
Daring to be the first to ride the waves, it's the right time to ride the wind and break the waves! The Party branch will take this special organizational life as a new starting point, fully implement the major decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee and the provincial, municipal, and work committee, carry forward the spirit of "daring to be the first, taking the lead, and accelerating the construction of a world-class high-tech industrial park with the spirit of reform and innovation", work hard, strive for progress, persevere, and achieve success, so as to promote the high-quality development of the society to reach a new level and create new achievements!
