On the morning of April 9, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the Fourth and First Quarter Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

At the meeting, the deputy secretary of the party branch conveyed the spirit of studying the national "Two Sessions", and the party branch secretary conveyed the spirit of studying the relevant meetings and documents of the Central Eight point Regulation.

The meeting emphasized the need to deeply study and understand the spirit of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, accurately grasp the pulse of national strategic development, and gather the driving force for the new journey. To carry out the work of the society based on reality, scientifically plan work ideas and measures, solidly do a good job in party building guidance, organizational construction, government commissioning, academic exchange, health science popularization, innovation driven and other work, be a good staff assistant of the government, and help the high-quality development of the health industry in the whole district.

The meeting requires all comrades of the Secretariat of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to fully understand the significant importance of studying and educating on the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, strengthen theoretical armament, make efforts to deepen understanding, clarify the core essence of the Eight point Regulation, clarify various requirements and disciplinary red lines, and promote new achievements in the construction of the style of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for the first quarter of 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for the second quarter of 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved the establishment of a special committee, convening academic conferences, personnel, administrative work, and other related issues. Ai He, Vice President and Deputy Secretary General of the Society, gave an analysis report on the overall work situation of the Society in the first quarter of 2025.

The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:

One is to comprehensively strengthen party building work and effectively play the leading role of party building. Strictly implement the "three meetings and one lesson" system and promote the standardization and normalization of grassroots party organizations. We should pay attention to the deep integration of party building work and business development, promote party members and cadres to lead by example in key tasks, and ensure that the party's policies and guidelines are effectively implemented in all work.

The second is to strengthen the overall coordination of work and promote the efficient integration of old and new departments. Each department should strengthen communication and collaboration, break down departmental barriers, and form a working force. The old department should fully leverage its own experience advantages, proactively connect with the new department, help the new department familiarize itself with work processes, master business points, and promote the rapid integration of the new department into the overall work system. We should use centralized and coordinated management tools as an important tool to scientifically classify and accurately sort out various work tasks, clarify responsibilities, refine work processes, strengthen process supervision, and ensure that all work is carried out in an orderly manner.

Thirdly, we must seize development opportunities and make every effort to accelerate and increase efficiency in key work. At present, we are in a policy window period and a golden period for business development. All departments should enhance their sense of urgency, focus on key tasks in the second quarter, reverse the schedule, and implement plans to ensure that key projects are pushed forward according to the milestones. To cultivate a keen market sense, establish a rapid response mechanism for policy analysis and judgment, and obtain information, research countermeasures, and seek support in a timely manner. Grasp the identified projects tightly, ensuring to seize the initiative and win the initiative in fierce competition.

At the end of the meeting, the importance of safety work was emphasized. It is necessary to continuously strengthen the investigation and rectification of safety hazards, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for safety risk prevention and control, resolutely prevent various safety accidents, and create a safe and stable environment for the high-quality development of the society.
