On the morning of May 12, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the 5th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

At the meeting, we organized everyone to watch the video "Upholding Integrity, Strengthening Party Spirit, and Promoting New Achievements through Learning".

The meeting emphasized that all party members and cadres should seriously study the spirit of the video, improve their political stance, strengthen their sense of discipline, transform their learning achievements into work motivation, strictly abide by the bottom line of integrity, focus on the central tasks, take initiative to shoulder responsibilities, and ensure that all work achieves practical results. Each department should quickly communicate and implement, promote the deep integration of integrity and discipline with business work.

The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for April 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for May 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to the establishment of a special committee, union work, administrative work, etc.

The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:

One is to comprehensively accelerate the work process, and promote the implementation of various tasks with higher standards, stricter requirements, and more practical measures. Adhere to the unity of goal orientation, problem orientation, and result orientation, establish a work promotion mechanism of "daily tracking, weekly scheduling, and monthly summary", implement map based operations, reverse scheduling, and assign responsibilities to individuals. We need to coordinate and solve the bottleneck and difficult problems in the process of promotion in a timely manner, with the spirit of nailing nails to ensure that key work is strictly completed on time and with quality, and strive to complete the overall annual work task ahead of schedule.

Secondly, we need to liberate our minds, innovate our work ideas, further deepen policy research and implementation, accurately interpret and effectively promote the implementation of national science and technology policies in the field of medical engineering integration. Through the 'Minshan Fireworks Program', we aim to promote the efficient translation of scientific research achievements into clinical applications. By optimizing resource allocation and improving incentive mechanisms, we will accelerate the cultivation of innovative achievements in the combination of medicine and industry with market competitiveness, and effectively enhance the supporting role of technological innovation in the development of the medical and health industry.

Efforts should be made to strengthen the effectiveness of centralized and coordinated management, fully stimulate the development vitality of the society, and focus on building a collaborative mechanism of information transparency, mutual concern, and joint construction and sharing. By establishing a regular communication system and improving the information sharing platform, ensure real-time communication of work dynamics among departments; By scientifically allocating resources and refining the implementation of responsibilities, promote departments to both fulfill their respective duties and complement each other's positions; By cultivating a culture of teamwork, establishing incentive mechanisms, and creating a good atmosphere of mutual assistance and growth, a highly efficient and innovative collaborative system will ultimately be formed, providing solid guarantees and lasting motivation for the high-quality development of the society.

At the end of the meeting, the focus was on deploying safety work, requiring all departments to firmly establish the concept of "safety first", strictly implement the safety production responsibility system, comprehensively investigate and rectify risks and hidden dangers, establish and improve long-term prevention and control mechanisms, ensure that safety work is foolproof, and build a solid safety defense line for the stable and healthy development of various undertakings of the society.
