In order to promote the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic immune diseases and osteoporosis, and promote the deep integration of clinical practice and academic frontier, the "Yibin rheumatism 2025 academic annual meeting and systemic lupus erythematosus disease training course" hosted by Chengdu high tech Medical Association was held in Yibin from June 6 to 7, 2025. This meeting focused on the latest progress in the field of rheumatic immunity at home and abroad, and invited top experts inside and outside the province to carry out special lectures and clinical case exchanges, injecting new momentum into the discipline construction of rheumatic immunity in Southwest China.

The meeting brought together authoritative experts from Beijing University Shougang Hospital, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital and other well-known medical institutions to conduct in-depth discussions on the diagnosis, treatment and chronic disease management of rheumatic immune diseases and osteoporosis. It brings the innovative practical experience of "integrated medical and nursing management of chronic diseases", and shows how to improve the prognosis of patients through the whole process of health management. The meeting set up a number of thematic plates such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, inflammatory myopathy, etc. experts explained in detail the clinical application of cutting-edge treatment methods such as biological agents and immune adsorption, and discussed the individualized treatment strategies for critically ill patients in combination with difficult cases treated in the hospital. Combined with the latest research in bone immunology, the pathogenesis and prevention points of rheumatic disease-related osteoporosis were analyzed, and the rational use of bisphosphonates, desumumab and other drugs and exercise intervention programs were emphasized. Using the experience of "network outpatient + Remote follow-up" in the hospital for reference, we explored how to improve the medication compliance of patients and reduce the risk of disease recurrence through informatization.

As an important node city in Sichuan Province, Yibin has continuously improved its regional diagnosis and treatment ability through medical cooperation in recent years. The location of this conference in Yibin not only relies on its convenient transportation network, but also aims to help build a full chain service system of "grassroots screening, specialist diagnosis and treatment, and long-term follow-up" in southern Sichuan through the sinking of academic resources.
