On the afternoon of July 15, 2025, the Secretariat of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association organized the 8th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025 and the Mid-Year Work Summary Meeting. Relevant officials from the Health Bureau of Chengdu High-tech Zone, President Zhao Cong, Chairman of the Supervisory Board Xue Fan, and Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Legal Counsel Li Xue attended and guided the work. The meeting was presided over by Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General Zeng Bin.

The meeting called on all comrades to deeply understand the significance of strengthening work style, strictly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation, always remain vigilant, strictly discipline themselves, and enhance their awareness of discipline and rules, so as to know fear, have a sense of caution, and adhere to the bottom line. They should incorporate strict requirements into daily management and service work, persistently rectify work style and enforce discipline, continuously improve service efficiency and professional image, and jointly create a clean, upright, pragmatic and efficient environment for doing business, providing a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of the society.

The meeting listened to and deliberated on the work reports of the various departments of the society's secretariat for the first half of the year, the progress of key projects, and the relevant plans for the second half of the year.

The meeting deliberated and approved the establishment of a special committee, the convening of an academic conference, budget adjustments, personnel and administrative matters, etc. The meeting provided a written report on the work of Party building and the construction of a clean and honest Party conduct, and at the same time conducted on-site scoring for the mid-year work assessment.

The meeting pointed out that the overall development trend of the society is good at present, and positive progress has been made in all aspects of work. The achievements of the Party building work are remarkable, providing a strong guarantee for development; internal management has become more standardized, key projects have been implemented in an orderly manner, and service capabilities have been continuously enhanced; business work has been steadily advanced, and the achievement rate of the half-yearly target tasks has remained at a relatively high level. The overall situation shows a good development trend of stability and improvement, as well as quality and efficiency enhancement.

The meeting demanded that we firmly adhere to the fundamental principle of Party building leading trade union building, take the implementation of the "Minshan Flame Plan" as the overall handle, and promote the high-quality development of all work in a coordinated manner. The key is to grasp well three dimensions:

In terms of development direction, we must adhere to the principle of "accuracy" and precisely define the orientation. We should accurately grasp the nature of the social organizations, proactively align with national strategies and industry demands, and scientifically predict the development trends in the next 5 to 10 years to ensure that the development of the society always proceeds in the right direction. All departments should firmly establish a sense of the overall situation and effectively translate the plan requirements into concrete actions.

In terms of mechanism building, we should lay a solid foundation for stability. We will continue to deepen the integration of Party building and business operations. We will strictly govern the association in accordance with the law, improve management systems, and strengthen risk prevention and control. By enhancing overall coordination and pooling work efforts, we will promote the quality and efficiency of the association's overall work and make new and greater contributions to the development of health and wellness in the high-tech zone.

In advancing our work, we must emphasize the word "resolute" and exert efforts to achieve the overall development goals of the society and the tasks for this year. All departments should heighten their sense of urgency, focus on team building and business innovation, and strive not only to complete the tasks ahead of schedule and with high quality but also to stand up to the test of practice.
