On the morning of September 8, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the 10th Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025, which was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

At the meeting, the party branch secretary conveyed and studied the spirit of the 7th Plenary Session of the 12th Sichuan Provincial Committee and the 7th Plenary Session of the 14th Chengdu Municipal Committee.

The meeting pointed out that the plenary session has clarified the goal of promoting the deep integration of culture and tourism development in the whole province and the whole city, emphasizing the specific implementation paths and important measures to promote the comprehensive development of the cultural and tourism industry, improve the quality of cultural and tourism services and consumer experience, and deepen the key reforms of cultural and tourism integration.

The meeting requires us to continue to deeply study and understand the essence of the spirit of the plenary sessions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Municipal Party Committee, effectively improve our ideological understanding, combine with the actual situation of learning, and identify the work integration points and focus points. Each department should consciously integrate relevant work into the overall development of the province and the city, rely on the "Minshan Fireworks Plan", focus on the fields of health and healing, actively explore innovative service models combining medicine and cultural tourism health, and continuously enhance the professional influence and social contribution of the society in related fields.

The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for August 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for September 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to the establishment of a special committee, personnel work, administrative work, etc.

At the meeting, Comrade Ai He, Vice President and Deputy Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association, delivered a special report on work analysis from January to September 2025 titled "Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves, Fearless of Difficulties, and Striving Forward". The report comprehensively and systematically summarizes the preliminary work, objectively analyzes the current situation and challenges, and motivates all employees to seize time, concentrate and do their best to ensure the successful completion of annual goals and tasks, and strive to complete them with high quality ahead of schedule.

The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:

Firstly, the current industry is constantly developing and undergoing profound changes. Only by actively innovating and embracing change can we gain development opportunities. All departments should further emancipate their minds, actively promote innovation in work ideas, mechanisms, and methods, and drive high-quality development with innovation.

The second is to continuously strengthen organizational construction and achieve high synergy with key tasks such as academic prosperity and industrial incubation. By optimizing resource allocation, improving cross departmental collaboration mechanisms, and bridging the flow of information, talent, and resources, we can promote organizational efficiency improvement and industrial achievement transformation.

Thirdly, we must attach great importance to talent cultivation, improve the talent introduction mechanism, broaden recruitment channels, strictly screen and attract professional talents that meet our needs; Simultaneously strengthen system training and team building, optimize talent structure; And there should be a planned rotation of key personnel to broaden their horizons and enhance their comprehensive abilities.
