On the morning of October 9, 2025, the Secretariat of Chengdu High tech Medical Association organized the 11th and 3rd quarter Party and Government Joint Meeting of 2025. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of Chengdu High tech Medical Association.

At the meeting, the Party branch secretary conveyed the spirit of studying and implementing the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches held by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and studied the implementation opinions of our province, as well as the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti Fascist War.

The meeting pointed out that all party members, cadres, and employees of the association should deeply understand the core essence and spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions, and effectively unify their thoughts and actions. We should combine the actual work of the medical association, fully implement and implement it, and transform the learning achievements into concrete actions and practical results to promote the high-quality development of the association and serve the progress of regional medical and health undertakings.

The meeting emphasized the need to promote the great spirit of the Anti Japanese War, draw strength from it, strengthen ideals and beliefs, be brave in taking on responsibilities, and contribute the wisdom and strength of the society to the construction of a healthy Chengdu and a healthy high-tech.

The meeting listened to and reviewed the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat of the Society for the third quarter of 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for the fourth quarter of 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved issues related to personnel and administrative work.

The leaders of the Secretariat provided individual comments on the progress of each department's work and put forward specific requirements for the next steps of work:

Firstly, the hard work of all employees in the first three quarters has laid a solid foundation for achieving the annual goals. It is required that all personnel take advantage of the situation, strive to break through the original goals on the basis of ensuring the completion of the annual tasks, and lay a solid foundation for achieving higher quality development.

Secondly, we must always uphold the work philosophy of "strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation", and adhere to the "dual wheel drive" strategy of combining innovative and traditional businesses. Traditional business is the foundation of our existence, and we must strive for excellence and depth to ensure stable fundamentals; Innovative business is the wing of our development, and we must dare to explore and try, aiming for future trends. The two will work together to strengthen the core competitiveness of the society and open up a new era of development.

The third is to focus on strengthening the overall coordination of work and the precise implementation of resources, and to consolidate responsibilities and enhance execution through strengthening centralized management. To break down communication barriers, promote efficient collaboration, and fully stimulate the internal innovation and development vitality of the society, injecting strong impetus into the overall improvement, efficiency enhancement, and sustainable development of the cause.

At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that safety is the primary prerequisite for development. All departments must make every effort to consolidate the foundation of safety and fulfill their main responsibilities, providing fundamental guarantees for the high-quality development of the society through a safe and stable internal environment.
