To comprehensively enhance employees' awareness of the rule of law and legal risk prevention, Chengdu High tech Medical Association held a special training on legal knowledge on November 12, 2025.

This training specially invited Li Xue, the Vice Chairman and Legal Advisor of the Society, and a lawyer from Shanghai Duan and Duan (Chengdu) Law Firm, to be the keynote speaker. Lawyer Li focuses on common legal issues in the operation of social organizations, and conducts in-depth analysis and practical guidance in three key areas: establishing internal compliance mechanisms, contract management compliance, and preventing legal risks in external cooperation, combined with classic cases.

During the training, Lawyer Li Xue used vivid and detailed cases as a carrier to transform professional legal knowledge into easy to understand practical points, helping trainees to clearly identify legal risks in their work and deepen their understanding of establishing and improving internal compliance mechanisms.

The training has achieved significant results, greatly improving employees' legal literacy and risk prevention ability.
