This training specially invited a team of professional fire instructors to provide full guidance, with "theoretical explanation+case warning+practical operation" as the core theme, to build a systematic and immersive fire safety learning system, comprehensively strengthening the safety literacy and emergency practical ability of the trainees. At the beginning of the training, the instructor played on-site video materials of multiple major fire accidents across the country in recent years, using shocking and realistic images, painful data on casualties and property losses, to deeply reveal the ruthless harm of fires and the extreme importance of fire safety prevention, allowing trainees to intuitively feel that "hidden dangers are dangerous to open flames", and effectively building a warning education "ideological defense line".

In the theoretical explanation section, the instructor combines typical scenarios such as office spaces and elderly care service institutions, focusing on key topics such as fire causes, initial fire response techniques, standardized use of fire extinguishers and hydrants, evacuation route planning, and self rescue and mutual rescue points. Through a combination of "case analysis and on-site Q&A", the instructor explains in a clear and concise manner to help trainees systematically master fire safety knowledge, break the skill blind spots of "not knowing how to use and not daring to use", and build a knowledge system of "understanding safety and emergency response".

This cross unit joint training not only effectively enhanced the fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all participants, but also further improved the fire safety linkage mechanism between building office institutions and elderly care service units, forming a safety work pattern of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, and joint management", laying a solid foundation for jointly creating a safe, stable, and secure work and service environment.
