Precision nutrition, empowering clinical practice - The 3rd Academic Conference of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association's Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition Special Committee came to a successful conclusion

       On November 8, 2025, the "Third Academic Conference of the Gastrointestinal and Enteral Nutrition Specialty Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association," hosted by the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and jointly organized by the Gastrointestinal and Enteral Nutrition Specialty Committee of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association and Chengdu Anorectal Specialist Hospital, was successfully held in Chengdu.

       The conference, themed "Precision Nutrition, Empowering Clinical Practice - Practice and Innovation of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition in the New Era", gathered experts, scholars, and medical staff from clinical nutrition and related fields across the country to jointly explore the development and future of the discipline of enteral and parenteral nutrition. Over one hundred people attended the conference.

Professor Qiao Fengni, the Chairman of the Gastrointestinal Nutrition Specialty Committee of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, Professor Yang Xiangdong, one of the Top Ten Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners in Sichuan Province and the President of Chengdu Anorectal Specialist Hospital, and Professor Xiang Long, the Vice President of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. They mentioned that under the leadership of Chairman Qiao Fengni and with the joint efforts of all committee members, the Gastrointestinal Nutrition Specialty Committee has achieved fruitful results. They hoped that through this academic exchange meeting, experts could enhance communication and work together to contribute to the development of the gastroenteric nutrition field.

       This conference invited several renowned experts in the field of enteral and parenteral nutrition to share their academic insights. The topics closely revolved around the hotspots and difficulties in clinical practice, as well as the latest research progress and guideline consensus.
