On the morning of January 12, 2026, the Secretariat of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association organized and held the 14th Joint Meeting of the Party and Government in 2025. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President, and Secretary-General of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association.

At the picture session, the secretary of the Party branch conveyed and studied the spirit of the special study session of the theoretical study central group of the provincial Party committee.
The meeting emphasized that all comrades of the association should deeply understand the core essence of the special study session and effectively translate the learning outcomes into practical achievements in promoting work. Firstly, we must adhere to the principle of style construction as the guideline, take the lead in practicing the requirements of "faith, pragmatism, responsibility, and self-discipline", maintain a firm and correct political direction, resolutely avoid formalism, actively serve the overall interests of the center, and strictly adhere to the bottom line of integrity and self-discipline. Secondly, we must adhere to standardized operation as the foundation, continuously improve the institutional system, carry out various activities in accordance with laws and regulations, and build a solid institutional foundation for the long-term development of the association. Thirdly, we must adhere to the importance of starting off well, closely integrate style construction with integrity warnings, professional service improvement, and long-term development planning, and ensure that the association starts off steadily in the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan" and continues to empower the high-quality development of regional health and wellness through the excellent work style led by key personnel and standardized and orderly operation management.
The meeting heard and deliberated on the work reports of various departments of the secretariat of the society for December 2025, the progress of key projects, and the work plan for January 2026. Relevant topics such as budget planning, meeting organization, and personnel and administrative work were also deliberated and approved.
The leaders of the Secretariat commented on the progress of work carried out by various departments and put forward clear requirements for the next step of work:
Firstly, we must thoroughly summarize the work of 2025, ensuring a comprehensive and objective analysis of achievements and shortcomings. Simultaneously, we must fully commit to the initial work of 2026, swiftly initiating and steadily implementing all planned and confirmed tasks. We should strengthen process tracking and collaborative coordination, ensuring a solid start and vigorous effort from the outset. With a pragmatic approach and efficient execution, we aim to ensure a successful conclusion to the work of 2025 and a promising beginning for the work of 2026.
Secondly, we must attach great importance to the collaborative innovation work of medical-industrial integration, actively adapt to the trend of technological revolution and industrial transformation, continuously improve the medical-industrial integration ecosystem, promote in-depth cooperation between medical institutions, universities, research institutes, and enterprises, accelerate the clinical verification and market transformation of innovative achievements, and inject strong impetus into cultivating new productive forces in the medical and health field and promoting high-quality development of the industry.
Thirdly, we must systematically strengthen external publicity efforts and focus on building a multi-layered and three-dimensional publicity framework. We should not only accurately publicize the work dynamics and achievements of the association, but also actively promote the innovative development achievements of the regional health industry, the advanced experiences of member units, and the exemplary practices of outstanding enterprises, so as to build consensus on development, facilitate resource matching, effectively inject vitality into public opinion for industrial development, and empower brand building.
The meeting emphasized at the end that as the year draws to a close, all personnel must always be on high alert for safety, implement various safety precautions, and resolutely maintain the bottom line of safety work.
