A delegation of leaders from Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (City First Hospital) visited the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association for an exchange and discussion

On the afternoon of February 2, 2026, Chen Zejun, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (Chengdu First People’s Hospital), led a delegation to visit Chengdu Hi-Tech Medical Association for exchange and guidance. Li Chao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the hospital, Liu Lian, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and other members of the hospital’s leading team accompanied the visit. Zeng Bin, Secretary of the Party Branch, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of Chengdu Hi-Tech Medical Association, Ai He, Vice President and Deputy Secretary-General, Zhang Qili, Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, together with some middle-level cadres of the association, attended the forum.

Before the meeting, Secretary-General Zeng Bin of Chengdu Hi-Tech Medical Association accompanied the visiting leaders on a tour of the exhibition platform of the Medical-Industrial Integration and Innovation Service Center of the association, and gave a detailed introduction to the current development of the center and the key work of the association in promoting medical innovation-driven development and industrial services.

At the meeting, Secretary-General Zeng Bin, on behalf of the association, extended a warm welcome to Secretary Chen Zejun and her entourage. Based on the actual work of the association, he systematically introduced its basic information including organizational structure and functional positioning, focused on reporting the innovative achievements made in recent years in service innovation, platform construction and achievement transformation, and elaborated on the core values upheld by the association and the key support provided by its governing unit. At the end of his speech, he sincerely hoped that Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine would provide further guidance and support for the work of the association.

Secretary Chen Zejun thanked the Hi-Tech Medical Association for the warm reception, and introduced the basic situation and key work of the hospital in recent years. She noted that the hospital has always taken high-quality development as the core, and continuously focused on three key areas: in terms of medical quality management, it has made great efforts to deepen the connotation construction of the region; in terms of innovative development, it has systematically promoted discipline layout and technical research; in terms of achievement application, it has actively promoted the integration of scientific research transformation and clinical practice. She looked forward to further cooperation with the association to jointly contribute to improving regional medical and health services.

The visit and guidance from the delegation of Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine put forward valuable constructive suggestions for the work of the association, and also laid a solid foundation for further coordinated development between the two sides. Secretary-General Zeng Bin stated that the association would take this exchange as an opportunity to continuously improve its working mechanism and efficiency under the leadership and support of the governing unit: first, strengthen the construction of sub-centers for medical quality control to enhance professional management capacity; second, systematically organize high-level academic conferences and professional exchange activities to foster a strong academic atmosphere; third, further deepen the innovative practice of medical-industrial integration, and explore paths for collaborative innovation especially in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The association will promote all work to achieve new progress with higher standards and more practical measures, and contribute to the high-quality development of regional health care.
