To ensure the safe, stable, and orderly advancement of all tasks, the Secretariat of the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association convened a safety and stability work meeting on the morning of February 5, 2026, with all members of the Secretariat attending.

The meeting focused on key safety risk prevention nodes around the Spring Festival, initiating a comprehensive and systematic pre-holiday safety training session. The training emphasized practical effectiveness and targeted efforts, reinforcing a multi-dimensional safety mindset across all personnel: In terms of basic safety, it highlighted office area electrical standards, equipment operation protocols, and fire exit management, reiterating fundamental safety principles such as "power off when away." Regarding information security, it addressed frequent holiday-related cyber threats by urging staff to enhance data and personal information protection awareness while strictly adhering to confidentiality protocols. Additionally, the meeting systematically reviewed emergency response plans, providing clear guidance on travel safety and health precautions during the holidays. It also emphasized the importance of upholding integrity discipline and fostering a clean and upright festive atmosphere.
The meeting made clear arrangements and put forward strict requirements for duty and standby work during the Spring Festival. It emphasized the necessity of strictly enforcing the holiday duty system to ensure personnel remain on post and maintain 24-hour communication availability. Duty personnel must effectively fulfill their inspection responsibilities, proficiently master emergency response procedures, and ensure timely, accurate, and standardized reporting of emergencies. All efforts must be made to guarantee rapid and effective handling of various emergencies, resolutely safeguarding the safety and stability baseline during the holiday period.
The meeting emphasized that safety is the lifeline of the society's high-quality development, and all personnel must deeply recognize the extreme importance of safety work, resolutely abandoning complacency and a sense of侥幸. The meeting called for all departments to act swiftly, comprehensively conduct self-inspections and corrections in line with the training content, effectively implement all safety requirements and achieve tangible results; every employee must integrate the safety concept into the entire daily workflow, consciously assume safety responsibilities and actively safeguard the safety line.
The convening of this meeting further consolidated the safety consensus among all staff of the Secretariat, strengthened the bottom-line mindset, not only fortifying a safety barrier for a safe and harmonious Spring Festival for everyone but also providing solid safety guarantees for the standardized implementation of the Society's various tasks in the new year.
