The Secretariat of the Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association held a meeting to review the 2025 work summary and plan the 2026 work deployment

On the morning of February 12, 2026, the Secretariat of the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association organized a meeting to summarize the work of 2025 and deploy the work for 2026. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the work achievements of the past year and systematically planned the development blueprint for the new year. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Zeng Bin, the secretary of the Party branch, executive vice president, and secretary general of the association. Comrade Li Xue, the deputy chairman of the supervisory board of the association, attended the meeting to supervise the work.

The meeting heard the work reports of various departments of the Secretariat for 2025, focusing on the implementation of key tasks, work plans for 2026, and the progress of party conduct and integrity construction in the departments. It also studied and deployed key tasks for 2026.

At the meeting, a written report was presented on the 2025 annual work summary of the party building and the construction of a clean and honest party style within the society. Deputy heads of each department also presented written reports on their respective 2025 annual work summaries.

At the meeting, the Secretary-General signed the 2026 annual work target responsibility agreement with each department. The meeting emphasized that signing the target responsibility agreement is not just a formality, but also a solemn commitment. We must take this opportunity to break down the annual goals into clear task lists and assessment indicators, ensuring that the responsibility pressure is transmitted vertically to the bottom and horizontally to the edges, and build a closed-loop management system where each level drives the next, with pressure being tightened and compacted at every level, laying a solid foundation for achieving the annual work goals.

The meeting fully affirmed the achievements made in the work of 2025, commented on the progress of each annual task one by one, and put forward three clear requirements for solidly advancing the work in 2026.

Firstly, we must unify our thoughts and firmly establish the core concept that "development is the absolute principle". Guided by systematic construction and standardized management, we should comprehensively review and improve various rules and regulations, optimize standard operating procedures, adhere to rules, maintain stability and achieve long-term progress, adhere to norms, and pursue sustainable development, laying a solid institutional foundation for the high-quality development of the society.

Second, we must adhere to reform and innovation to activate the endogenous driving force for career development. Reform and innovation are the key to forging ahead and breaking through in the development of the society. Following the beaten track is difficult to open up new prospects. Only by actively recognizing changes, scientifically responding to changes, actively seeking changes, and actively embracing the new situation and new opportunities of industry development can we continuously solve development problems and create new work situations.

Thirdly, we must hone our skills and enhance our ability to fulfill our duties. All staff members of the Secretariat should strengthen their learning awareness and hone their learning skills, deeply recognizing that the core of personal growth and success lies in creating actual value. We must resolutely abandon the work style of inefficient effort and passive response, and adhere to seeking truth and pragmatism. We must always focus on the real needs of our service recipients, strengthen practical exploration and work optimization, continuously improve the work system, enhance work efficiency, achieve tangible results through hard work, strengthen our foundation with actual achievements, and fully promote the high-quality development of all work of the society.

The meeting emphasized that all departments should take this meeting as a new starting point and effectively align their thoughts and actions with the overall work deployment of the society. They should foster new thinking, shoulder new responsibilities, fully demonstrate the vigor and sharpness of the new youth in the new era, transform goal responsibilities into concrete actions, implement work arrangements into practical results, and with higher work standards, more pragmatic work style, and more powerful promotion measures, overcome difficulties, work hard, and promote all work of the society to reach a new level and achieve new breakthroughs in 2026.
