The Secretariat of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held a work mobilization meeting after the 2026 Spring Festival holiday and a training meeting on the construction of internal systems of the association

On the morning of February 27, 2026, the Secretariat of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held the 2026 Spring Festival Work Mobilization Meeting and the Internal System Construction Training Meeting of the Association. All staff members of the Secretariat attended the meeting, and auditing and legal personnel were invited to guide the work.

At the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch conveyed and studied the essence of the 2026 National Health Work Conference.

The meeting pointed out that all comrades of the society should deeply understand the core essence of the meeting, accurately grasp the overall situation and strategic deployment of the development of the national health and wellness industry, and effectively unify their thoughts and actions with various work arrangements. We must closely adhere to the important requirements of promoting the high-quality development of the health and wellness industry, strengthening scientific and technological innovation in health and wellness, enhancing talent cultivation, and promoting the comprehensive development of traditional Chinese medicine in the meeting, actively plan and solidly promote various key tasks of the society; based on the actual development of the medical field, we should fully leverage the role of the society as a bridge and link in gathering medical talents, building academic exchange platforms, promoting the transformation of achievements, and assisting in the improvement of grassroots medical care, and effectively translate the spirit of the meeting into practical results in the work of the society.

Subsequently, the meeting heard reports on key work from various departments and made emphasis on deploying key work for 2026. It required all personnel to enhance their political awareness, anchor their goals, fulfill their responsibilities, and vigorously implement measures. They were urged to solidly advance various key tasks, improve the quality and efficiency of the association's work, and contribute to the development of regional health and wellness.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Secretariat summarized the meeting and outlined the work arrangements for 2026:

First, we must adhere to strengthening the party building to solidify the foundation for development and lead the high-quality development of the society with high-quality party building. We must always adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the party in the work of the society, strengthen political guidance, consolidate the ideological foundation, improve the organizational system, gather expert strength, give full play to the leading role of party building, promote the deep integration of party building with all aspects of the society's work, and ensure that the development of the society always progresses in the correct political direction.

Secondly, we must adhere to the compliance bottom line, standardize operational management, and use institutional construction to ensure the steady and long-term development of the society. We must strictly implement the standardized management requirements for social organizations, place compliance construction in a prominent position, improve the internal control system, strengthen risk prevention and control, perfect the management system, standardize operational processes, adhere to the integrity bottom line, and continuously enhance the standardized operation level and credibility of the society.

Thirdly, we should focus on our primary responsibilities and businesses, strengthen mutual empowerment, and serve the overall development with practical actions and responsibility. We should take strengthening grassroots and promoting transformation as the core, deeply cultivate the health care industry, serve as a good advisor and assistant, and help improve regional medical service capabilities; embrace technological changes, accelerate the integration of medicine and engineering, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the society towards a medical technology innovation service platform; build an innovative ecosystem with the Minshan Torch Plan, stimulate team vitality through internal entrepreneurship, and serve the overall development with practical actions and responsibility.

Fourthly, we must temper our work style to be impeccable, forge a high-quality team, and unite the forces of progress with high morale. We must strengthen the ideological construction and ability improvement of the team, rectify unhealthy practices, promote the spirit of hard work, establish a correct development concept, implement the requirements of strict management and deep care, and build a working team with impeccable politics, excellent work style, and outstanding abilities, providing a solid guarantee for the development of the society.

After the mobilization meeting, the professional staff of the accounting firm immediately conducted a special training on the construction of the internal system of the society. The training focused on key aspects such as the necessity of internal system construction, system framework, core governance, and special operation systems, emphasizing the key points of system implementation and risk prevention and control. Additionally, supplementary guidance was provided on compliance management and risk prevention and control work, further strengthening the institutional awareness of all staff and assisting the society in building a standardized and comprehensive internal system.
