On the morning of April 13, 2026, the Secretariat of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") organized the first quarter and third joint meeting of the party and government in 2026. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Zeng Bin, the secretary of the party branch, executive vice president, and secretary general of the Association. All staff members of the Association attended the meeting. The meeting reviewed the work summaries of each department for the first quarter of 2026 and the work plans for the second quarter of 2026, and collectively deliberated on twelve topics.

At the meeting, the deputy secretary of the Party branch conveyed the spirit of relevant documents on the concept of political achievements. The meeting emphasized that all Party members and cadres of the society should firmly establish a correct concept of political achievements, base themselves on the responsibilities of social organizations in high-tech medical societies, adhere to seeking truth from facts and adapting to local conditions, strengthen responsibility and commitment, practice the unity of knowledge and action, focus on scientific and technological innovation to empower medical development, actively promote technological innovation, concept innovation, and service innovation in the medical field, and integrate the correct concept of political achievements into all work of the society. We should empower the development of the medical cause with practical work, serve the masses, and fulfill the responsibilities and missions of social organizations.

The Vice Chairman of the Association provided professional guidance on the construction of the Association's system and compliance management. The leaders of the Secretariat commented on the work progress of each department in the first quarter of 2026 and put forward specific requirements for the promotion of key work in the next step.

First, we must closely monitor the key milestones in the second quarter, comprehensively promote the implementation of various tasks, vigorously create a strong atmosphere of emulation, striving for excellence, and hard work, and unite our efforts to overcome difficulties, ensuring that all work is improved and accelerated, and achieves tangible results.

Secondly, we will vigorously promote the construction of collaborative innovation centers for medical-industrial integration, deepen multi-party collaboration and linkage among industry, academia, research, and application, actively facilitate the transformation and application of medical research achievements, continuously optimize the medical and health service model, and comprehensively enhance the regional medical technology innovation capability and the level of health service provision.

Third, we should adhere to systematic thinking, coordinate and plan the promotion of various tasks, scientifically utilize management tools such as Gantt charts, refine task lists, clarify time nodes, and assign work responsibilities, ensuring orderly and efficient progress of various tasks through refined management.

The meeting emphasized that all departments must firmly establish a safety awareness, strictly implement safety inspections, hidden danger investigations and rectifications, and duty and watchkeeping systems, strictly manage personnel, property, and information security, and resolutely build a solid safety defense line to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of all work of the society.
