In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of comprehensively strengthening party discipline and effectively integrate the construction of a clean and honest party with the high-quality development of social organizations, on April 13, 2026, the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held a special meeting on the construction of a clean and honest party, deploying the work of building a clean and honest party for the association in 2026. All members of the association's secretariat attended the meeting.

The meeting conveyed and studied the essence of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 12th Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, as well as the 2026 Work Conference on Party Conduct, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption and the Work Conference on the Year of Standardized Management in Chengdu High-tech Zone.

The meeting emphasized the need to closely integrate with the practical work of the society, deeply understand the essence of the spirit, accurately grasp the deployment requirements, and ensure the high-quality development of the society with a rigorous and practical style. This will pave the way for a good start to the "15th Five-Year Plan" and lay a solid disciplinary foundation for the sustained and healthy development of the society.

At the meeting, the heads of various departments of the association signed the "Responsibility Document for Party Conduct and Integrity Construction of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association in 2026" on the spot, further clarifying responsibilities, transmitting pressure, and consolidating tasks, to ensure that all requirements for Party conduct and integrity construction are implemented and effective.

Finally, the secretary of the Party branch of the Xuehui made arrangements and deployments for the construction of a clean and honest party style in 2026, and put forward clear requirements:

Firstly, we must strictly adhere to political rules and strengthen the leadership of party building. We must strictly implement the requirements for party building work in social organizations, and adhere to the principle of planning, deploying, promoting, and assessing party building and business work together, without any compromise or flexibility, to ensure that the work of the society always progresses in the correct political direction.

Secondly, we must foster a correct perspective on political achievements and persist in practical action and responsibility. We must firmly establish a development philosophy centered on people's health, adhere to seeking truth from facts and pragmatism, avoid creating false achievements, making superficial gestures, or pursuing quick success and instant benefits. We should focus our work on serving members, serving the grassroots, promoting transformation, and assisting industrial development, and test our responsibility and performance through tangible results.

Thirdly, we must strictly adhere to the compliance bottom line and improve the governance system. We should fully implement the compliance construction requirements for social organizations, refine compliance systems such as the implementation of articles of association, internal control management, and information disclosure, and ensure that the entire operation process of the society is legal and compliant, standardized, clear in process, and with responsibilities assigned to individuals.

Fourthly, we must strictly adhere to financial discipline and standardize fund management. We must strictly implement the financial management system for social organizations, and strictly prohibit the establishment of "private coffers", illegal reimbursements, embezzlement of funds, and misappropriation of special funds. All income and expenditure must be fully disclosed, fully documented, and fully traceable throughout the entire process.

Fifth, strictly adhere to the rules for organizing meetings and standardize the conduct of activities. Organize meetings, trainings, forums, and other activities in strict accordance with the registration and management requirements for social organizations. It is strictly prohibited to charge fees in violation of regulations, impose compulsory apportionments, or engage in extravagance and enjoyment under the guise of activities.

Sixth, we must strictly adhere to integrity and self-discipline, being cautious in solitude and in small matters. We must strictly enforce the regulations prohibiting the employment of personnel in social organizations, proactively report and avoid any interest-related activities, and strictly forbid the use of academic resources for personal gain, accepting gifts, cash gifts, banquets, and tourism from management service recipients; we must consciously abide by the norms of integrity and self-discipline, control our hands, our mouths, and those around us, resolutely resist unhealthy practices, and build a solid ideological defense against corruption and degeneration.

Seventh, strictly adhere to supervision requirements and proactively accept regulation. Consciously accept supervision from the competent business department, registration management authority, and all sectors of society, regularly carry out self-examination and self-correction of integrity risks, and promptly rectify any identified issues.
