The Secretariat of Chengdu High-tech Medical Association organized the 2026 Work Safety Meeting

To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 2026 Party Building, Party Conduct and Clean Government, and Work Safety Conference of the Health System of Chengdu High-tech Zone, deeply learn from the lessons of recent major fire accidents, and effectively strengthen the unit's safety defense, on the afternoon of April 29, 2026, the Chengdu High-tech Medical Association held the 2026 Work Safety Meeting. All staff of the association attended the meeting, which focused on warning education, conveying the directives of higher authorities, and deploying key tasks, comprehensively consolidating responsibilities for work safety and compliance management.

The meeting first organized all personnel to watch fire safety and electric vehicle fire safety warning education videos for medical institutions, systematically analyzing the causes of several typical fire accidents. It particularly explained prominent risks such as illegal parking and charging of electric vehicles, improper use of fire and electricity, missing fire-fighting facilities, blocked evacuation routes, and improper management of flammable and explosive materials. The core requirements for fire prevention, emergency response, and evacuation were clarified to alert everyone to remain vigilant about safety at all times.  


Subsequently, the meeting conveyed the spirit of the 2026 Party Building, Party Conduct and Clean Government, and Work Safety Conference of the High-tech Zone Health System. It emphasized the need to remain vigilant about work safety, resolutely overcome complacency, carry out comprehensive self-inspections and closed-loop corrections for fire safety, electricity safety, and facility safety, and effectively safeguard the bottom line of safe development.  


The meeting also focused on interpreting judicial explanations related to corruption and bribery, clarifying new regulations such as the uniform standards for investigating and handling bribery and corruption cases. The meeting stressed that the association must strengthen coordination among routine supervision, key supervision, disciplinary supervision, and complaint reporting supervision, enhance collaboration between the compliance department and disciplinary inspection department, and promote effective preemptive control throughout the business process. It should take Party conduct, clean government construction, and compliance management as important support, thoroughly and meticulously manage all stages before, during, and after operations, providing strong assurance for the safe and stable operation of the association.  


Finally, the Secretariat leadership arranged and deployed key tasks, clarifying the focus on the 'Six Determinations' to fully tackle the work safety challenge: 1) Firmly eliminate existing hazards and accelerate the upgrade and renovation of building fire protection; 2) Firmly build a dynamic safety defense, standardizing the management of electric vehicle parking and charging; 3) Firmly uphold the fire safety bottom line, strictly implementing a daily fire inspection system; 4) Firmly strengthen emergency response capabilities, carrying out fire training and practical drills for all staff to ensure everyone is familiar with evacuation routes and escape procedures; 5) Firmly consolidate safety responsibilities at all levels, with the unit's main leaders taking overall responsibility, leaders in charge and department heads implementing responsibilities in tiers, and all staff participating in hazard inspections; 6) Firmly implement industry regulation and rectification requirements, conducting comprehensive self-inspection and correction according to the annual rectification deployment of the association, improving systems, processes, and standards to ensure safety and compliance and support high-quality development of the association and industry.  


The meeting also made special arrangements for safety inspections and duty arrangements during the Labor Day holiday, requiring a thorough inspection of all building safety risks and strict implementation of duty protocols to ensure the safety and stability of the association during the holiday.  


This meeting further unified thinking, consolidated responsibilities, and clarified tasks, promoting the integration of safety awareness and compliance concepts into all daily work, providing a solid guarantee for safe and stable operations during the Labor Day holiday and the smooth progress of various tasks throughout the year.
