On the morning of May 11, 2026, the Secretariat of Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") convened the 4th Party-Government Joint Meeting of 2026. The meeting was presided over by the Secretary of the Party Branch of the Association, with all staff members in attendance. The meeting reviewed and examined the work summary of all departments for April 2026 and the work plan for May 2026, and collectively deliberated on thirteen agenda items.

At the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch conveyed and studied the key spirit of the work deployment meeting on the special rectification of social organizations administered by the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission. The meeting stressed that all staff should effectively raise their political standing and fully recognize the importance of the special rectification; carry out targeted rectification focusing on six key areas; consolidate responsibilities, conduct rigorous supervision and inspection, and establish rules and systems to ensure tangible results of the inspection and rectification work, and promote the standardized construction and quality & efficiency improvement of the Association.
The Deputy Supervisor-General of the Association provided professional guidance on system construction, compliant operation, science popularization and publicity, intellectual property rights, and the application of AI creation. He required keeping pace with new industry policies, strictly adhering to the bottom line of compliance, strictly controlling the boundary of publicity, standardizing the management of intellectual property rights, and comprehensively consolidating the foundation for the standardized operation of the Association.
Leaders of the Secretariat commented one by one on the work performance of each department in April 2026, and put forward specific requirements for the advancement of key work in the next stage.
First, firmly seize the critical period of key tasks in the second quarter, fully implement the goals and tasks, rally the joint efforts of all staff, foster a working atmosphere of emulation, learning, diligence and forging ahead, fully strive to achieve phased goals, and promote all work to improve quality, speed up progress and achieve solid implementation.
Second, focus on strengthening the Medical-Industrial Integration and Collaborative Innovation Center, deepen the linkage and cooperation of industry, university, research and application, accelerate the transformation of medical scientific research achievements, optimize the supply of medical and health services, and enhance the regional capacity of medical scientific and technological innovation and public services.
Third, adhere to systematic thinking and overall planning of all work, make full use of various management tools, refine task division and consolidate responsibilities at all levels, improve the performance appraisal mechanism, strengthen process supervision and application of assessment results, urge duty performance through strict assessment, and ensure the standardized and efficient progress of all work via refined management.
The meeting required all departments to strengthen bottom-line thinking and awareness of safety responsibility, regularly conduct safety inspections, hidden danger investigation and rectification, and arrange on-duty work. Strictly manage personnel, assets and information security, consolidate safety responsibilities at all levels, firmly guard the bottom line of safety and stability, and ensure the stable and standardized operation of all work of the Association.
