On the morning of May 11, 2026, the Secretariat of Chengdu High-Tech Medical Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") convened a special deployment meeting on the 2026 special rectification work for social organizations. The meeting was presided over by the full-time Deputy Party Secretary of the Association, with all staff members in attendance. The meeting conveyed and studied the documents and meeting spirit of higher authorities, and comprehensively arranged key tasks including self-inspection and rectification as well as standardized operation and management for the special rectification campaign.

At the meeting, the Party Branch Secretary delivered the key spirit of the 2026 provincial training course on social organization registration, administration and law enforcement. The Deputy Party Branch Secretary conveyed the main spirit of the deployment meeting on special rectification of social organizations under the administration of the Sichuan Provincial Health Commission.

The meeting pointed out that the special rectification of social organizations is a unified top-down arrangement issued by the central authorities, targeting six key areas: Party building work, concurrent employment and remuneration, internal management, association leadership transition, academic activities, and fake social organizations. In recent years, under the guidance of higher authorities and the leadership of the Association’s Party Branch, the Association has maintained standardized overall operation with no prominent irregularities. Nevertheless, in light of regulatory requirements from higher authorities, standardized construction criteria for social organizations, and the demand for high-quality industrial development, the Association still has shortcomings, weak links and potential risks in certain areas. Carrying out the special rectification is a political imperative, a necessity for development and an obligation of responsibility, and serves as a key measure to resolve prominent problems, forestall and defuse risks, and enhance governance capacity.

The meeting emphasized that taking this special rectification as an opportunity, the Association should elevate its standardized construction to a new level, with focus on three key aspects:

First, raise political standing and fully recognize the paramount importance of the special rectification. As a political task to implement the decisions and arrangements of higher authorities, a practical need to address internal potential problems, and a long-term guarantee for the high-quality development of the Association, the special rectification requires all staff to unify their thinking, attach great importance to the work, and fully implement all requirements in a rigorous and earnest manner.

Second, focus on key tasks and conduct targeted rectification in the six major fields. Centering on Party organization building, irregular concurrent employment of cadres, internal governance, branch institution management, compliance of professional activities, and governance of fake social organizations, targeted rectification and item-by-item investigation shall be carried out to ensure full coverage in problem inspection and standardized improvement without blind spots.

Third, strengthen responsibility commitment and ensure thorough rectification with a rigorous and pragmatic work style. It is required to consolidate responsibilities at all levels, adhere to a problem-oriented approach, strengthen supervision and accountability, enhance coordination and interaction, and emphasize long-term mechanism building, so as to form a closed-loop management system with each level taking charge of its own tasks and ensuring tangible outcomes of the special rectification.
