According to the “Notice on Issues Related to the Nursing Qualification Examination in 2020” issued by the Office of the National Nurses ’Qualification Examination Committee (Hua Kao Ban Fa [2019] No. 7), the National Health and Health Commission ’s Talent Exchange Service Center Notice on the Work Arrangement "(Weirenfafa [2019] No. 141) and the" Notice of the Sichuan Provincial Nurse Licensing Qualification Examination Leading Group Office on Doing a Good Job in the Nursing Qualification Examination in 2020 "(Sichuan Nursing Examination Office issued [2019] No. 2) Document requirements, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the nurses ’qualification examination in 2020 in our district, the relevant matters are now notified as follows:
1. Application conditions
Completion of the general full-time nursing and midwifery professional courses prescribed by the State Council's education department and health department for more than 3 years in higher schools and secondary vocational schools, including more than 8 months of clinical practice in nursing in teaching and general hospitals, and Those who have obtained the corresponding academic qualification certificate may apply for taking the nurse qualification examination.
2. Registration time, method, location and requirements
(1) Registration time and method: From December 4, 2019 to December 16, 2019, candidates can log on to China Health Talent Network (www.21wecan.com) to fill in the personal registration information online according to the registration instructions, and from the Internet Self-printed "Application Form for Application for Nurses' Qualification Examination in 2020", the official seal of the work unit or personnel file management department must be stamped on the declaration form. Applicants must upload photos in strict accordance with the Notice of the Sichuan Provincial Nurse Practitioner Qualification Examination Leading Group Office on Doing a Good Job in the 2020 Nurse Practitioner Qualification Examination (Sichuan Nursing Examination Office [2019] No. 2) (Annex 1). Candidates who have forecasted their names online must go to the corresponding registration point to confirm the application online. Registration without confirmation is invalid.
3. On-site qualification confirmation
All units will send people to the office area of Chengdu Medical Association (2nd Floor, No. 65, Xinyi West Street) to complete the on-site confirmation procedures. Audit time: December 5 to December 16, 2019 9: 00-11: 30 am, 13: 30-16: 30 pm, Address: Room 204, Medical Association, No. 65 Xinyi West Street, Chengdu High-tech Zone, and submit an electronic version "Chengdu 2020 Qualification Exam Registration Roster" (see Annex 2).
(2) The accuracy of the candidates' online registration and information filling is the responsibility of the person. At the time of on-site confirmation, the "Confirmation Form for Registration Information of the Nursing Qualification Examination in 2020" must be checked and signed by the candidates. After completing the qualification review and on-site qualification confirmation to complete the registration procedures, you may not change the relevant information of the major, subject and other applications. Those who fail to complete the online registration and qualification confirmation within the stipulated time will not go through the supplementary application procedures.
4. Documents and materials must be submitted
Those who declare to take the nurse qualification examination should register within the prescribed time limit and submit the following materials:
(1) Printed "Registration Application Form for the Nursing Qualification Examination in 2020";
(2) My ID card (original and copy);
(3) My graduation certificate (original and photocopy). College degree and above are required to provide the "Electronic Record Registration Form of the Ministry of Education" or the "Chinese Higher Education Qualification Certification Report" issued by the Higher Education Qualification Certification Agency designated by the National Education Administration Department), and the academic query code is valid until February 9 .
(4) Applicants who are fresh graduates of the school shall collectively apply for registration procedures with relevant school certificates. The certificate issued by the school should indicate the applicant's enrollment time, (proposed) graduation time, educational system, academic qualifications (need to indicate whether it is a full-time academic qualification), the major studied, and clinical nursing practice.
V. Registration fees
(1) According to the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on Relevant Issues Concerning the Acceptance of Fees for Examination of Nurses ’Practicing Qualification Examination (Cai Zong [2012] No. 59), and the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on further standardizing occupation The "Notice on Issues Concerning the Management of Qualification Examination Fees" (Fazhi Price [2012] No. 328) stipulates that the examination registration fee: 61 yuan per person.
(2) Implement online payment and do not accept on-site payment. Candidates must complete online payment on February 10-23, 2020 after on-site confirmation. Candidates who fail to pay the fees after the due date are deemed to have waived their registration.
6. Candidate's admission ticket printing
From April 28, 2020, candidates can log on to China Health Talent Network (www.21wecan.com) to print the admission ticket by themselves. The deadline is May 18, 2020.
