In view of the low awareness rate of CKD-MBD and lower treatment compliance rate of primary medical institutions, Chengdu High-tech Medical Association specially invited West China Hospital of Sichuan University, Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College, and 416 Hospital of Nuclear Industry , Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital and other experts and professors inside and outside the province, held an online academic exchange meeting on CKD-MBD in Nephrology on June 11, 2020. More than 100 medical professionals engaged in nephrology, hemodialysis and other related medical personnel participated in online learning and exchanges.

The opening ceremony of the exchange was delivered by Professor Hu Zhangxue from West China Hospital of Sichuan University. Professor Yang Guang of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital gave a wonderful sharing on “The Effects of Sinacarce on Bone Metabolism”. Dr. Yu Shaobin and West China Hospital from Sichuan University Experts such as Director Chen Ming of the Affiliated Hospital of Medical University, Dr. Xie Jiaping of the Nuclear Industry 416 Hospital, and Director Wang Shaoqing of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College and other experts made intensive discussions and exchanges on clinical CKD-MBD cases.

Finally, Professor Hu Zhangxue summarized this exchange meeting.
